提示：兩個字以上的詞請自行決定關係(片語加雙引號、或用鄰近字 adj/near/N)，以統一各庫策略。
Tip: for multi-word concepts, decide the relationship yourself (quote for phrase, or use proximity adj/near/N) so all databases stay consistent.
必須注意 Must know
  1. EBSCOhost 介面：僅 CINAHL 與 MEDLINE 可用 MH ("pain+") 含狹義詞；其他資料庫(Academic Search Complete, PsycInfo, ERIC…)須以控制詞彙工具逐層 Explode & Add。
  2. 控制詞彙為單字時雙引號可省；片語在 Embase / Cochrane、或詞彙本身含 and/or 時，雙引號必須。
  3. 兩字以上詞彙(如 physical activity)務必自行指定關係(交集 / 鄰近 / "片語")，否則將依各庫預設處理 (將導致不一致)。PubMed 交集與片語並用；Ovid 片語；Embase / Scopus 交集(且可能誤拆)；EBSCO / Cochrane / WoS 交集。
  4. 控制詞彙跨庫不通用：本工具僅轉換語法格式(如 [mh] → exp .../ → MH(...))，詞彙本身(MeSH／Emtree／CINAHL Headings)不會自動跨詞表對應。輸出檢索式含控制詞彙將為灰字，請務必依各資料庫的控制詞彙表自行替換並確認。
  1. EBSCOhost: only CINAHL & MEDLINE support MH ("pain+") to include narrower terms; other databases (Academic Search Complete, PsycInfo, ERIC…) require layer-by-layer Explode & Add via the thesaurus.
  2. Quotes are optional for single-word controlled terms; for phrases in Embase / Cochrane, or terms containing and/or, quotes are required.
  3. For concepts of two or more words (e.g. physical activity), always specify the relationship yourself (intersection / proximity / "phrase"); otherwise each database applies its own default (causing inconsistency). PubMed uses intersection + phrase; Ovid phrase; Embase / Scopus intersection (and may mis-split); EBSCO / Cochrane / WoS intersection.
  4. Controlled vocabulary is not interchangeable across databases: this tool only converts the syntax format (e.g. [mh] → exp .../ → MH(...)); the terms themselves (MeSH / Emtree / CINAHL Headings) are NOT mapped across thesauri. Lines with controlled vocabulary appear in gray — always replace and verify them against each database's own controlled-vocabulary list.
