．英文同義詞，請自行調整：(1) 單字切截 *；(2) 移除冗贅字詞（exercise 能找到 exercise therapy，不需列後者）；(3) 搭配鄰近字運算（參考載入範例寫法，或使用「鄰近字組合器」整理）

．控制詞彙：

‧ 不欲包含狹義詞時：請標註「不含狹義詞」、「不狹」、「noexp」或「no exp」

• Within a cell: one term per line (the default Boolean is OR; no need to mark it).

• English synonyms — refine them yourself: (1) truncate word stems with *; (2) drop redundant terms (exercise already retrieves exercise therapy, so the latter isn't needed); (3) add proximity operators (see the loaded example, or tidy them in the Proximity Builder).

• Controlled vocabulary:

‧ To exclude narrower terms: mark it as non-exploded — 「不含狹義詞」, 「不狹」, noexp or no exp.

e.g. diabetes (不含狹義詞), diabetes (noexp)

‧ The default Boolean within one cell is OR; for anything else, use AND and parentheses.
