每行一個多字詞。按「自動分堆」後合併字根、保留縮寫，並用二部圖著色分到兩堆（3–4 堆時先分兩堆，其餘請手動移）。被移除或未分類的字會列在下方，可加回任一堆。停用字僅含純虛詞（介系詞/冠詞/連接詞），疾病/症狀等實詞不會被當停用字。

One multi-word term per line. Auto-split merges roots, keeps abbreviations, and splits into two stacks by bipartite coloring (for 3–4 stacks it fills two, move the rest manually). Removed/unclassified words are listed below and can be added back to any stack. Stopwords are function words only (prepositions/articles/conjunctions); disease/symptom terms are never treated as stopwords.

提示：每堆是鄰近關係的一個位置。距離依來源資料庫自動換算（Ovid/Embase/Cochrane 需 +1）。「有次序」僅 Embase.com（NEXT）、EBSCO（W）、Scopus（PRE）支援；其餘資料庫維持無次序並於輸出加註。

Tip: each stack is one position of the proximity relation. Distance is auto-adjusted per database (Ovid/Embase/Cochrane +1). Ordered proximity is only supported by Embase.com (NEXT), EBSCO (W) and Scopus (PRE); other databases stay unordered and the output says so.
