‧ 開啟 ChatGPT 提示詞範例 ↗（優先使用 ChatGPT 或 Claude，登入帳號效果較佳）
‧ 從 ChatGPT 等複製整個表格後，於下方框按 Ctrl+V 貼上，工具會依欄位標題自動對應，並填入下方 PICO 表（亦可從 Word／Excel 複製後貼上）
‧ 表格請含一列標題（概念／中文／英文／ASC／BSC／ERIC／Compendex／IEEE／PQDT 等控制詞彙欄。不需要的欄位可不提供；順序不拘）
（控制詞彙欄可直接填詞，或含欄位語法如 DE "…" OR …；貼上後對應到的資料庫欄會自動顯示。不同複製方式填入效果可能有差異；含合併／巢狀儲存格的複雜表格，貼上後請檢查並自行調整）

‧ Copy the whole table from ChatGPT etc., click the box below and press Ctrl+V; columns are auto-mapped by header and fill the PICO table below (Word / Excel also work)
‧ Include a header row (Concept / Chinese / English / ASC / BSC / ERIC / Compendex / IEEE / PQDT controlled-vocab columns; omit columns you don't need; any order)
(Controlled-vocab cells may be plain terms or include field syntax like DE "…" OR …; databases that get data are revealed automatically. Results may vary with different copy methods; for complex tables with merged/nested cells, check the filled result and adjust as needed.)

．儲存格內：一詞一行（預設布林邏輯關係為 OR，不需標示）
．英文同義詞，請自行調整：(1) 單字切截
*；(2) 移除冗贅字詞（exercise 能找到 exercise therapy，不需列後者）；(3) 搭配鄰近字運算（參考載入範例寫法，或使用「鄰近字組合器」整理）．控制詞彙：
‧ 單一儲存格內預設布林邏輯為 OR；如有特殊處理，請用
AND 及括號組合例：

．復原框內文字編輯：想還原剛才在某一格輸入框打的字，直接按
Ctrl+Z 即可。• Within a cell: one term per line (the default Boolean is OR; no need to mark it).
• English synonyms — refine them yourself: (1) truncate word stems with
*; (2) drop redundant terms (exercise already retrieves exercise therapy); (3) add proximity operators (see the loaded example, or tidy them in the Proximity Builder).• Controlled vocabulary:
‧ The default Boolean within one cell is OR; for anything else, use
AND and parentheses.e.g.

• Undo in-cell text edits: to revert what you just typed in a cell, press
